Training and Consulting
After assessment and evaluation, our Teacher Training program will be customized to meet the needs of the participating schools. This training is designed to give teachers strategies that they can use the next day in their classrooms. Mr. Surdam has a way to make the training upbeat and interactive. Teachers walk away from the training with a positive outlook on the power they have to change the future by believing that every student that enters their classroom will leave successful.
Training and Consulting is led by Gary Surdam
Gary Surdam is an educator, entrepreneur, businessman and visionary whose unique career experience has made him one of America's top leaders in international educational consulting. Surdam is currently a Professor of Education at Hope International University. At the university he is known for his work with International Educational research and development. In the past few years, Surdam has shared his proven strategies with teachers, students and school leaders. His American Teacher Training is in high demand in China.

Project Based Learning
- This training looks at the power Project Based Learning gives to students. Students are given the opportunity to determine their learning.
- As an outcome, teachers will empower students by giving them opportunites to learn through hand-on projects that motivate and excite.
American Curriculum
- Training looks at the American curriculum and standards. Providing an opportunity for teachers to obtain strategies to help them better understand American Education.
- Teachers will leave this training with more confidence in their ability to teach using American curriculum and strategies.
Multiple Intelligence
- Multiple Intelligence looks at different student learning styles. This training gives teachers strategies to discover student learning styles and how to address them.
- Teachers leave this training with the ability to understand different learning styles and develop lessons to meet their students individual learning needs.
Cooperative Learning
- The foucs of Cooperative Learning is for students to learn the importance of working together. This training gives step by step instruction on how to develop a successful cooperative learning environment in the classroom.
- After this training teachers will create an atmosphere where students collaborate and work together.
English Language Development
- The way English is taught will determine the success of the students in the future. This training gives teachers proven strategies that will allow students to increase their English language proficiency and knowledge.
- After this training teachers will be able to effectively provide a stronger English Language Development program in their classroom.

Two-Day Training
This course is designed to explore the natural connections between Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics. Participants will move beyond simply using the design-process to truly be able to integrate all the arts in and through STEM. Participants will walk away with a series of strategies and sequences that will empower them to create a STEAM initiative that works for you and your students.
